Wondering if anyone had advice on this unique situation. I had a first interview with a recruiter a couple weeks ago, it went great and she wanted to get me set up for a second with the hiring manager. We even discussed times and dates! Toward the end of the call, the recruiter informed me she’d be leaving the organization in a few days. I emailed on her second-to last day, she responded and informed me the 2nd interview would have to be pushed back as she was losing access to her applications/calendar, but someone would be in touch. I got the contact # to her replacement, gave her a chance to settle into her new role and followed up a week later. I explained the situation, she was very confused and said she needed to reach out to the department and would keep me posted. This was 8 days ago. Should I follow up again? Try to get in touch with someone else in HR? Allow more time? I am really interested in this position and don’t want to slip through the cracks! Any and all advice appreciated thank you all so much!
