You should be asking your company this directly, nothing worse then coming on here and seeking legal advice that may not be correct, close but not the full extent.

Ask your HR dept, or if they outsource it, ask the payroll or HR vendor (ADP, etc). I wouldn't give you specific advice on a law here, and would take anyone who said "I know the answer for sure, and here it is" with a huge grain of salt.
