I'm looking to change the field I'm in since I realized I'm not really passionate about it at all. Luckily I found a job available for a similar position (mangement) in the field I'm looking for and their recruiter called me to set something up. Since applying, I saw their employee reviews and many people posted about how toxic one of their locations is. Fortunately, it's not the location I applied to, but I may be required to travel there. I'm a very transparent and candid person, and office culture is more important to me than anything else. Is it inappropriate to bring up during the interview that one of their locations didn't get good employee reviews? Is there a way to phrase it so it doesn't come across as offensive? Or should I just read the red flags for what they are and pass on this one?
