I currently work as in house counsel and vice president of communications for a market research firm. The company is small and my title should be vice president of operations or something along those lines. Our president passed away suddenly and I have been handling a lot of his job. This is where I am happy. I love strategic planning and management of people. I want to move onto a different company but I am not sure how to highlight what I am really doing and how to make myself appealing to larger companies. I am perfectly fine being in a "lesser" role if that means I can grow professionally and learn. Any advice is much appreciated!!
