I have a question, I have worked one job as an Administrative Assistant for 24 years.
If I were to relocate, how would I even start to look for a job?

You have mad skills. You just need some help maybe drafting or re-drafting your resume to best highlight what you have to offer. You'll need to network and create a LinkedIn profile to compliment your resume.
Think about these things while you're employed. Build & expand your network. Maybe speak with a career counselor to help you identify gaps in your skillset. Certifications or classes to help you appeal to the best companies.
Then, when your armed with the tools, begin applying near your targeted new location. With such a long history of work, you have a lot to offer.
