Career pivot, I can't take any more. I truly need help.

I worked most recently as Director of Technology until the great layoff that most of us experienced. To get back to work, I took a role in my fallback career Program Management. I said I wouldn't go back but I do love the feeling of working with the teams, clients, solutions, and challenges, I did miss it a bit. Until I started working for the company I am with. They are much smaller than any company I've worked for. I thought that would be a good thing. Boy was I wrong. There is micromanagement at the lowest level. No HR. We work with a lot of teams outside of the US. I have never seen so much inappropriate behavior. I'v never been yelled at and hung up by so many EVP's and leaders in my life who throw tantrums. I was told I don't get angry enough. Who says that. I thought if I made some personal changes it would be ok but I can't seem to find any that will fix this toxic environment. The job market is not working in my favor right now. I honestly don't know what I want to do anymore. With 30 years of experience, I don't know where to work. I'm not ready nor can I retire. I don't want to be a Program Manager anymore. I love mentoring and working with customers and solving problems. But I can't be in a toxic place like this. I teach my teams there is always a way to solve a problem without this anger and frustration. I have even considered leaving the country to find work. I am truly out of options. I don't believe it is me. There has to be a workplace out there that is not like this. I have to be looking in the wrong places. I tried job placement firms but honestly, who has $5000 to spend on a job placement that could be just like the one I'm in. I wish I could just google the answer.
