I get so flustered when I have to do presentations - I never use to be like this! I mean, I’d have an off day every so often but it’s getting out of control. Every presentation, I’m nervous and draw blanks, speak too quickly and sometimes apologize halfway through to catch myself. I’m so embarrassed with myself since I’m a few years into my profession. I’m not sure if it’s the zoom environment or if I’m still harbouring my past workplace trauma. I know this will hinder me from future growth so I gotta fix this! All suggestions are welcomed and very much appreciated!
