EOS = Entrepreneurial Operating System. Comes from Gino Wickman's book Traction. I *strongly* suggest purchasing and reading the book prior to the interview. There's a lot online you can read as well to supplement your learning, but companies that use EOS all read and integrate what they learn from Traction. Many companies hire consultants or trainers certified in the principles from Traction to implement EOS into their business. Good luck on the interview!

You may want to google an EOS business plan and strategy but that just covers a general business plan and strategy but each organization has an EOS customized to their service and/or plan.
I would ask your friend what the mission statement is for the organization. That is a major piece of the puzzle and go from there...
