Our company webinar last week was hacked on Zoom and I'm horrified by management's reaction. The hacker shared offensive and inappropriate messages, and the management just quickly ended the call without addressing it. There was a brief follow-up email with the rest of the webinar slides, but no one has addressed the hacker situation.
The hacker wrote really offensive messages — racist, sexist things — and I'm upset my company has not addressed them. I've only just started working here and this inaction is in really poor taste. Some employees have admitted this is akin to the company culture.
Am I overreacting if I'm thinking about leaving?
