Most of the time, that's that only carnival game I can win. Something I have struggled for most of my career (22+ years). I've always been vertically challenged and I have a young looking face. I may have 20+ years of experience and I'm not that young, however, my voice and my ideas are often overlooked because I don't look the part. I've tried wearing clothes that are for business women, but I don't feel confident because I'm not comfortable, I try wearing heals, which helps the vertically challenged problem, however, it doesn't always do the trick. I feel like I have a lot to offer, a lot of ideas that could be implemented and benefit. The title helps sometimes, however, not always a guarantee and sometimes you don't get the title you deserve. Has anyone else had a similar challenge? What have you done to overcome or are there any ideas?
