In fact, even as the biggest financial services firms have moved to make leave policies more equitable among new mothers and fathers in recent years, entrenched cultures have not facilitated a shift to equitable expectations, according to the results of a new LinkedIn survey. Yup!! This happened to me several times. It pretty much means that you’re qualified and competent enough to do the job, but you don’t fit in with everybody else there. (I.e. cliques, people who project etc. I hate the “personality conflict”. Because that is such a garbage phrase that is overused). It’s usually personal. But they act vague to make it sound like it’s not personal. Because you know… Lawsuits and everything.
And when I filed my unemployment claim they wouldn’t even answer the claims examiner to give a reason. I had to jump through hoops for months and months and appeals before I was finally able to get benefits paid after to me.…

Wondering if being the first candidate with a long lag time until last candidate interviewed had any impact on my being chosen.
