Has anyone here taken the Clifton StrengthsFinder test? I previously took it back in 2016 and recently retook it and am surprised to see how things have changed!
Wondering if others took it and felt that it reflected them accurately!
Here are mine:

Rebecca, I'm a strengths coach as well as a radio executive, and I can tell you that based on your top 5, you are a very valuable employee who should be a leader! (I'm sure you are) They can change as we mature, however, the full signature theme set tends to include the same strengths.

I just purchased the book which includes a code to take the test. I'm curious to see what others who have taken it have to say!

I've actually taken the StrengthsFinder 4 times and for me, my top 3 strengths have always stayed consistent. They may switch order but they've been there every time. My bottom 2 have switched out and I can definitely understand what's shown up in those bottom 2 spots, based on what I was experiencing in my life.

Harmony, Discipline and Learner have consistently been my top. The bottom have switched out to strengths such as Individualization, Input or Empathy, amongst others.

Mine are: Woo, Positivity, Restorative, Communication, and Learner. I enjoyed the assessment and learned more about myself. Have you taken emotional intelligence? It is the ability to understand emotions and manage relationships effectively. We perform better when we are good at recognizing and dealing with emotions in ourselves and others. The four competencies of emotional intelligence are self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and relationship management. I have to tell you, it has always been close to accurate for me my entire career. Now that I'm an entrepreneur, I do wonder if it has changed.
