I didn’t have a blueprint for launching a business as a Career Coach.
I didn’t speak Spanish fluently when I launched a blog with my career content in Spanish.
I’d never written a book and now there are 3.
I’d never formally taught and I become an Adjunct Professor.
I’d never created a course and now I have an online course platform that houses several of my courses.
“What if people find out I don’t know what I’m doing?” is a question women struggle with daily.
No one begins as a master - that gives me permission to be enough as I am; willing to improve and adjust along the way so I can just go for it! #PowHerMoves

Wonderfully said. Precise and to the point. Thank you for sharing this. Certainly encouraging to have simple reminders of courage and openness of heart and mind like yours!

A lot of what keeps me on the sidelines is fear of not being good enough or skilled enough. I appreciate your encouragement. Growth happens when we step outside of our comfort zones.

What you’re describing is extremely common, so I appreciate your courageous comment. You’re both good enough and skilled enough to at least start. Should you find yourself facing an opportunity to upskill or reskill (as others are during this pandemic) be certain you’ll receive a return on your investment.
