How great that you are setting goals. You definitely belong to 30% of the population who achieve their goals! It’s a terrific example of taking charge of your life. Don’t let past challenges prevent you from taking care of yourself. We all need to do something to keep us grounded and emotionally sound. It’s important to enjoy the process toward your goal.

I'm achieving my goals by taking things day by day. With a world that is constantly changing, I find I'm more motivated when I just focus on what I can do today to succeed.
What about you, Cassandra? Are you using this method or another one to help you achieve your goals?

Setting your tasks daily is a great way to work towards your goals!
I like to do mine by the week. Like with learning the choreography to teach a BollyX class. Most instructors learn their whole playlist but that's not something I can do. I practice that week's song 3 days during the week then on the weekend I do the whole playlist.
