I have and I lost weight quickly, but it wasn't sustainable for my life style. I'm also a pescatarian so my range of choices was limited. I also found it a little difficult for me to stick to processed foods for high fat content and I can only do so much salmon at times LOL

Thanks so much for sharing! The Keto diet can be a difficult diet to stick to and definitely isn't for everyone. What kind of meal plan have you find works best for you?

Right now I'm doing a 75/25 nutrition program that fits closer to my exercise needs. I run half marathons and fad diets don't work for me as I either become exhausted quickly or cramp up. (which happened this year at mile 9) It's 75% nutrition and 25% exercise. It's not a quick weight loss program, it's a healthier way of eating program. I have lost 9 lbs. since mid July with it and can still have some cheat days. It helps put me back on the wagon when I had a cheat day(s). It's really hard to find what works for you and your needs at the time.
