I have been interested in starting a website that would collect information about gender diversity on boards, as well as equal pay/pay transparency commitments. I believe that this would be useful for consumers, who could vote with their dollars and patronize only those businesses that share a commitment to equality, as well as potential employees, who could get a feel for a company's value of equal treatment before they put their energies and talents towards that company's success.
