If you do too much for others, they never learn how to think through a problem or deal with it and learn from the outcome. To get strong, you must flex your mental muscles and try.

We only think we cannot do something when we put expectations on ourselves. You'd be surprised at what you can accomplish!

When I help a friend in need, I can count on them calling on me the next time they are in trouble. I'm the same way. I'm often looking for a life preserver. The philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche wrote: "What doesn't kill me makes me stronger." That did not prove true in his own life. I believe where he descended into years of terminal madness after seeing a horse being abused in the street, or so the story went when I was in school.

This is so true and I can relate. I have been battling with some imposter syndrome and I am learning that if I am talented and skilled to do the job that I have to press through that fear and just push forward. Learning from experience and mistakes are the best life lessons!
