I really needed this today--thank you! Things that help me (and I should get back to): Drink enough water. Walk outside for a little before and after work, to make the transition easier. Slow down and single-task. Breathe. Before I end each day, take 5 to write down my priorities & outstanding tasks for the next day(s). Remind myself of what my colleague said: You are at home, during the COVID-19 pandemic, economic recession, and blatant, horrific racism, while trying to work.
