This is so valuable. I’m going to try harder to do these things.

Love this - they are like core values! Many people and companies need to return to having and upholding values like this. Thank you for sharing!

I came across this book again two years ago, right when I needed it most. It is life changing.

Yes, these are indeed a good reminder. I have these posted in my cubicle at work, but have not been in the office since March, 2020. Thank you for sharing!

These seem (on the surface) like easy things to do/remember but much harder to apply in daily life. Thanks for sharing! I am going to print this out and keep it near my desk as a constant reminder...I'm especially working on the "assumptions" square! I also think we should avoid assuming where others in our work or personal life are coming from. You sometimes don't know the "backstory" or why a person is behaving in a particular way.

This is one that I have to revisit regularly. I love the audiobook, I play it while I paint. I’ve always said this book is like a religion to me, and since I’ve taken it seriously in life to try and abide by them I’ve become so much more secure in myself and in my life. Truly a life saver for me!

I live by these at work and at home. Never promise what you cannot deliver and if there is a delay then COMMUNICATE as soon as possible to be upfront with the other party.
Always show and and follow through on your commitments and be dependable. Do it right the first time and if you do make a mistake then own it and learn from it.
