YES Rose!! I love all of this! Every woman should have a personal personnel file that she can access from a non-work email.

Yes! This is a great idea and be sure to include spending some time to analyze your impact. I now do stats as a part of analyzing the programs I run and it has made a huge impact to keep me motivated and provide management with facts to back up why our internal programs are important. Oh, and be sure to periodically email yourself your accomplishments to your personal email.

It’s a wonderful day to overcome this Oihana!! You’ve done the work to reach your current level and you’re the best person to talk about your work as well as your worth. Interviewing is simply a conversation that leads to compensation . I created a couple of free online course “How To Communicate With Confidence And Credibility” as well as “Ditch The Downplay.” You can access them at www.ConfidentCareerWoman.com if you’d like.

Such helpful advice ! I have found it somewhat hard to talk about my strengths and successes on interviews, probably due to impostor syndrome. I think this might be a great way to overcome this !

Excellent thing to do. I made this a practice most of my career and it really was easy to do once a week - I kept an email folder too for any achievements, thank you notes, etc. so I could easily find them.
