As we enter another Monday, let’s remind ourselves to be a little more nicer, kinder, and loving to all parts of ourselves - body, mind, and spirit.

Yes! I've found my relationship with myself throughout my life has impacted all of my other relationships; how do you put yourself first? I sometimes still struggle with that.

Whenever I write these posts, it’s indirectly to remind myself to do the same. It’s more of an affirmation that is a life long practice. As women, we tend to put our feelings at the very last of consideration before others and “things” which can cause unhealthy habits. Ways that I try to remind myself to put me first is a lot of positive affirmations, doing activities that I enjoy and thinking about the long run. I’ve found journaling is great to put down your thoughts and ideas. Keep it simple by making a bulleted list of things that make you happy, things you want, etc. it can really be anything,
My partner got me this day calendar a couple years ago called “you are bad ass” which I highly recommend that helps remind you how much you matter.
