"How do I embrace my inner hippie?"
This question came up in a coaching call this week from a client who had been feeling stuck in indecision.
The need to feel concrete in the plan moving forward continued to be a hinderance to decision making.
We started talking more about flow and that sometimes it's okay to do something just because it sounds interesting or fun.
My definition of "hippie" isn't commune living, peace signs and round rose tinted glasses.
For me, hippie is embracing the flow.
Trusting that there's a bigger purpose.
Oh, and frequently coming back to my own inner knowing.
Sometimes that involves breathwork, sound baths and a hell of a lot of yoga.
Sometimes it's working until late hours at night, stressing over content creation, metrics and analytics.
Sometimes it's a yoga pose in a haunted prison ?
It's tuning in, listening to what I need or want and then doing it!
So tell me, what's your definition of "hippie" and how do you embrace your version?
