Paralysis analysis. We sit and think about the PERFECT plan that will get us what we want (the corner office, the regular workout plan, the biggest impact we can make).
We research, we plan, we think, we research some more, etc, etc, etc.
We dont take action.
The secret? There is no perfect plan (this is as depressing for me as it is for you).
So take the next step. The one thing you know to do.
Have a conversation with your boss.
Go on one run.
Drink a glass of water.
Just do the next right thing.
