It's hard to get the interviewer to respond to that question. You can have a friend ask the questions and record yourself. What other suggestions do you have? In my last job search, I Google'd for the top interview questions in general and for my role in particular, and then practiced my responses so that I could be articulate without sounding canned.

@Estelke stalwart is most important to who..the candidate? I have to politely disagree. Gallup research shows that the ability to lead people and prove you’re an agile, flexible team player are top conversational moments as the company cultures Are forced to evolve in this unknown return to work amid the pandemic. Taking a job just for the money (or hiring the cheapest candidate to save money) may lead to costly mistakes. It’s expensive to replace I’ll-fitting team members.

The employeer. I was speaking from my own personal experiences in the private sector and in my field of ABA. After leaving the field for 3 years to care for my mother in Europe, I have found it almost impossible to return to the same position as a program coordinator. Applied Behavior Analysis is a fairly new field of treatment for children and young people who have been impacted by ASD or other developmental delays. Service providers are mainly privately own and with parents cancelling treatment sessions due to the pandemic leaves the private sector struggling to survive. I do appreciate your feedback and advise given to adapt to virtual interviews and have applied them. ☺

The market is busy with hiring and interviews right now, and many are on Zoom or starting in-person. If you’re on a phone or video interview, please get dressed, use your video and speak to the camera (even if It’s just looking back at yourself). When searching for practice questions, identify the skills required for the role based on what the posting states. For example, if you’re required to analyze information once hired- Google “analytical behavioral-based interview questions”. Do this for every skill in the posting.
