This is such a beautiful reminder. People think self-care are these giant acts for oneself, massage, manicure, weekends away. Self-care is not telling yourself you should all the time. Self-care is admiring your lumps and bumps instead of hating your body. Self-care is choosing small things that make you happy and fulfilled.
