Teach us Jackie!! I couldn’t agree with you more!! I’ve made space by way of local getaways and taking advantage of hotel deals. I’m also prioritizing myself which is an area of focus. I haven’t been the greatest at this.... but to your point, with the COVID-19 shift, I have to make changes.

YES! Too often we are putting the same expectations on ourselves as we did before COVID 19 (which were pretty darn high to begin with). Now while running a 24/7 diner, managing our demanding careers and being an elementary and high school teacher, we expect to operate at our highest frequency. Give yourself a break please. Burnout and Grit are too closely related.
