Yes, Amy! Usually those "side hustles" are what people are truly passionate about :-). Everyone is entitled to follow their passion and support others with their gift.

I totally agree with you all. The uncanny title of "side hustle" always makes me think of quick/easy money, even though you have to put in work, sometimes more than a regular full-time job to get it moving along. I am currently trying to figure out how I can make my knowledge and skills into a solid source of income right now.

Many of them are businesses - that is true. But not always. For example, one year I worked full-time in marketing but also part-time on weekends as a barista. The barista job was my side hustle, not my business.
