GET UNSTUCK & UNLOCK YOUR DREAM CAREER.
Yes, Amy! Usually those "side hustles" are what people are truly passionate about :-). Everyone is entitled to follow their passion and support others with their gift.

Introvert trying to tackle the world of Ed Tech
I totally agree with you all. The uncanny title of "side hustle" always makes me think of quick/easy money, even though you have to put in work, sometimes more than a regular full-time job to get it moving along. I am currently trying to figure out how I can make my knowledge and skills into a solid source of income right now.

Can we please stop calling these a side hustle? They are businesses. It's ok to have a job and a business.

Many of them are businesses - that is true. But not always. For example, one year I worked full-time in marketing but also part-time on weekends as a barista. The barista job was my side hustle, not my business.

I'm all about winning in the right way.
Hustling does have an unsavory tone and means to move someone by force or through persuasion. A second source of income is just that. Something you can bank on. Thank you Amy Fortney!
