What value do you bring to an employer? Joyce Johnson, founder of Why Sales Network spoke with me recently about her successful sales career and what she sees at the key lessons for creating your career: 1) "You must know who you are to be able to communicate. You must understand your skill set. When people ask you about yourself and who you are and your experiences, you really need to understand and be able to communicate those. You need to understand the value that you bring. 2) Before you go into interviews, write down your strengths. Focus on your strengths, not your weaknesses. 3) Have a plan to create value before you show up to your first day on a job. 4) Prioritize open and honest communication, no matter what.” Here’s the URL to watch our whole conversation or read about Joyce's career journey. https://arcvida.com/Blog/Post/create-your-career-path-conversation-with-joyce-johnson | Fairygodboss
