LISA'S LESSON ON GRATITUDE
I'm fortunate that the year has brought more peaks than valley's. At the top of the year, I released a book, went on a 6 city book tour, was booked with many speaking opportunities, contracted new clients, started new partnerships and planting seeds for my next year and new ventures.
Over lunch with my dear friend Anita Polite-Wilson, Ph.D., iPEC CPC brought me what was a gift of appreciation which really turned out to be just what I needed.
While the year has been an amazing gift, it's easy to keep charging ahead towards my goals. However, it's even more important to take a pause to reflect, appreciate the lessons learned and remain in a space of gratitude. Until I run out of pages in the book, I plan to end each day by capturing its goodness. Thanks Anita Polite-Wilson, Ph.D., iPEC CPC for the perfect gift and friendship. I encourage you to do the same.

This is the perfect time of the year to reflect on the blessings we have been bestowed. I express gratitude on a daily basis as I know others have far worse situations then I could ever feel I do.
