Wow I wish I could say that!!! Mines more like I sweat all the stuff including the stuff that hasn't even happened LOL As to advice though, box breathing can be a helpful tool to recenter yourself. If you haven't heard of it, you breath slowly and evenly, 4 seconds in, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds out, 4 second hold (that part REALLY hard when I'm stressing), then repeat for about a minute or 2. While I do it I count to myself and it helps stop my mind from racing because I'm focused on repeating onnnne, twooo, threeee, fooouur and it pushes all these other thoughts out. Hello Katrina, I think your suggestion is a wonderful idea. I know the negative thoughts always creep into my mind when I try to propel myself forward in life. One of those things that is always good advice but hard to put into practice! Maybe we can start a chat in the comments on how people are able to stop sweating the small stuff, some tips and tricks! I'm not very good at putting this into practice but when I feel myself getting upset over something small I try to take a little walk to clear my head. Would love to hear what others do.
