Self-care is so important, but we often struggle to fit it in amongst all the other things going on in our lives.
But there are some easy things you can do in just 5 minutes which can make a real difference to your day. Sometimes we just need a little reminder.
I've set up a facebook group (called Treat Yourself This Week), where every Monday morning I share a small treat to focus on, and then give little nudges and ideas around the theme as the week goes on...

As a sample here's this week's treat:
Take some time out to just breathe. Take a minute out of your day just to take some deep full breaths, and notice how it slows everything down. Notice how your mind settles.
Try this throughout the day (maybe set a reminder on you phone), and notice the impact it has depending on what you’re up to.
If you feel awkward doing this with others around you, then get them involved too. Tell them it’s a treat or a challenge, and ask them to join you - having someone to join in could help motivate you.
