In the current times its more important than ever to try to keep up a positive mindset.
I've placed some suggestions below however, if you feel you would like to gain a better understanding of changing your mindset or want to eliminate bad habits please get in touch.
Make a change to your routine - Make a small change to your daily routine. This will help eliminate boredom which can then lead to overthinking.
A new fitness regime
Walk part way or all the way to work
Pick out a new exciting book /instead of TV
Try a new dish
Personally I enjoy using youtube for sourcing free and exciting exercise routines, that I do at home. There are free beginner - experienced lessons available that last anything from 5 minutes to 1 hour.
Youtube is also good for discovering new receipts and will provide full cooking instructions.
Finally try to add a new daily affirmation :)
