A new fitness regime Walk part way or all the way to work Pick out a new exciting book /instead of TV Try a new dish Personally I enjoy using youtube for sourcing free and exciting exercise routines, that I do at home. There are free beginner - experienced lessons available that last anything from 5 minutes to 1 hour. Youtube is also good for discovering new receipts and will provide full cooking instructions.
