Agree --- thank you for this reminder. One of the biggest aha's of coaching for me was that discomfort is not something to run from. In fact, with practice, it gets easier to work through versus all of the internal kicking and screaming that used to go on. I now share this with my own coaching clients and it's life changing. Not comfortable, but the the path to real transformation.

Yes, you have to get a little uncomfortable to grow.

Completely agree! I had that earlier this year - an opportunity outside my comfort zone, or staying in my comfort zone. Chose to go outside of it, and so far, so good.

I just posted in relation to this in another article a few minutes ago. This is where I am right now a crossroads either to stay where I am or get out of my comfort zone. Sometimes God put things in your path to get you going. Thank you for this.

Yes He does! I am actually preaching to myself today. I am feeling the push towards coaching and I have to step out of my comfort zone too. It's scary but nothing is impossible if we believe.

I recently accepted a part time position as a beauty advisor. So it will be part time initially. The company decided to go completely virtual due to covid-19. I have to leverage clients through Facebook and Instagram. It is an opportunity I have been looking for because I wanted a chance in the beauty industry.

That's awesome! So, when you refer to getting out of your comfort zone, what are you referring to?
