Lucinda Newcomb joined WW in March 2020 as Chief Product Officer, where she leads the WW member experience across all digital channels. Ms. Newcomb is a veteran customer experience leader with a proven track record in building end-to-end digital experiences that delight customers while driving business results.
Ms. Newcomb has an extensive background leading large product teams at omni-channel brands. At Walmart, she was a VP Officer, leading Product Management for all of online shopping. At Sephora, she was the VP, Digital Product, responsible for the entire portfolio of omni-channel digital experiences across product management and design. She has also held digital product leadership positions at Lonely Planet, Gap and Yahoo!.
Ms. Newcomb is a graduate of Swarthmore College, where she received a degree in Economics and Political Science.
