Neelam joined Honeywell in 2011 working out of the Dubai, UAE offices as a Regional HR Leader before taking on a HR Functional Excellence Director role where she was responsible for program managing HR Functional Transformation initiatives. In 2017, Neelam moved into her role as the former Global Leader of Inclusion & Diversity at Honeywell.
In that role, Neelam built a corporate-wide Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) strategy to help successfully embed I&D into Honeywell’s cultural DNA. Partnering with the Businesses and Regions, she drove key initiatives including business led I&D Councils executing strategic initiatives to attract, promote and retain diverse talent. Her ultimate goal was for Honeywell to have one of the world’s most diverse, and globally-minded workforces, where all diverse talent has an equal opportunity to grow and succeed and making Honeywell a great place to work.
