Our Paid Family Leave aims to provide income support for eligible employees who take time away from their jobs to bond with a new child, care for a family member with a serious health condition, or who take a qualifying military exigency or caregiver leave of absence.

To be eligible for Paid Family Leave, employees must meet the eligibility requirements established under the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA). For eligible birthing mothers, Cargill also offers additional salary continuation for up to eight weeks starting at the date of birth. Employees must be non-temporary employees who are eligible for model benefits and work a regular schedule of at least 30 hours.
To further support growing families, Cargill offers eligible employees Adoption and Surrogacy assistance programs to help reimburse qualified expenses.
