- For birth mothers, 6 weeks fully paid to follow the 6-8 weeks of short-term disability [run consecutively, not concurrently, for a total of 12-14 weeks].
- I work in HR. Ecolab offers all employees 6 weeks of fully paid time off when a child is born or adopted (mothers, fathers, adoptive parents, etc.). Birth mothers get an additional 6 weeks (for a vaginal birth) or 8 weeks (for a C-Section) of short-term disability. This means most mothers get 12 or 14 weeks of fully paid time off, with fathers and adoptive moms receiving 6 weeks.
