- Eli Lilly and Company offers 10 fully paid weeks off for new moms. They also offer 4 weeks off for adoptive parents.
- Beginning in 2019: All new parents will receive 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, and birth mothers will have eight weeks of paid leave for physical recovery for a total of 18 paid weeks. In addition, all new parents may take an additional 10 weeks of unpaid leave.
- From January 1st, 2019 mothers who give birth will receive eight weeks of paid medical leave, followed by another 10 weeks of paid leave, and have the option of taking another 10 weeks unpaid.
