There are currently 9 employee-led ERGs at LinkedIn including Women @ LinkedIn and Parents @ LinkedIn. ERGs are open to all employees and align to the company’s business goals, objectives and core values. ERG leadership teams work directly with the Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIBs) Team to focus on our three organizational pillars to support their communities: Hire & Grow, Invest and Culture. Additionally, the DIBs team hosts Allyship Academies - 4 month cohort programs to activate everyday allyship actions at LinkedIn.
LinkedIn offers all employees free access to LinkedIn Learning that includes curated learning paths for unconscious bias training and fostering DIBs for all. There are also a number of mentorship programs across the company, including women's Inspiration Rings and the Engineering Mentorship program.
LinkedIn offers unlimited Discretionary Time Off (DTO) and observes 17 holidays each year, including a fully paid July 4th week and a week-long year-end shutdown.
