Courageous conversations
Inclusive hiring practices and more!
Our goal is to reach 50% women in management by 2025 and build inclusive leaders at all levels and locations who champion individual uniqueness. Additionally, we empower our global divisions to identify and uplift underserved communities unique for their geography.
We're increasing our partnerships with diversity organizations and minority search firms and schools, and ensuring we have diverse candidate slates and interview panels.
