Women@PS (ERG) is on a mission to empower communities of women and allies to confidently conquer whatever lies ahead. In particular, Women@PS is focused on democratizing women’s access to growth opportunities with a focus on mentoring, outreach, development, and events. The ERG facilitates a bi-annual mentorship program that empowers participants to recognize their full potential. They meticulously pair each mentor and mentee to create connections that encourage the development of skills crucial to success, and foster personal and professional growth. The ERG also hosts frequent events for women and allies to connect, network, and discuss open-ended topics with each other. They recently launched a sub-group called Women who Code - a group for Pluralsighters dedicated to creating a place of psychological safety and conversation for technologists ; creators, coders, engineers, data scientists, etc.
Pluralsight is a remote-friendly company with 65% of our team members being fully remote. The rest of our team members mainly work a hybrid schedule (in office 2-3 days per week) and only a small portion of our team members work from an office full-time. Remote work helps us foster diversity - both internally and externally and helps us expand our talent pipeline by creating more equitable access to opportunity. We have a very flexible and autonomous culture at Pluralsight, we want our team members to have ownership over how they get their work done. We encourage all of our team members to have a conversation with their leader to discuss their scheduling and remote work needs.
All benefits-eligible team members who add a new child to their household whether by birth or placement (adoption, foster care, or other custody) are eligible for Parental Leave.
In order to meet the needs of all families, Pluralsight offers two different types of Parental Leave: Full and Partial.
Full Parental leave (majority caregiver) - 16 weeks paid leave + 6 weeks of flexible return to work.
Partial Parental Leave - 6 weeks paid leave + 4 weeks of flexible return to work
We have a dependent care FSA that offers the ability to put-away pre-tax dollars for childcare and eldercare.
