At Pluralsight, breaking barriers and creating equal access to opportunity is inherent in our mission to inspire and empower the tech workforce to achieve their goals. We believe everyone should have the chance to experience progress through technology, develop the skills of tomorrow, and work in a psychologically safe environment—this commitment extends to all our team members.
Our workplace is a source of inspiration for those seeking a meaningful blend of personal and professional growth. We champion continuous learning and upskilling, providing resources for lifelong learners to propel their careers forward. Women@PS, our Employee Resource Group, empowers communities of women and allies to confidently conquer whatever lies ahead. The ERG offers a mentorship program twice per year for women and allies, along with year-round coffee-chats, a dedicated group on Slack, and a Women who Code subgroup dedicated to creating a place of psychological safety and conversation for technologists. ERG leaders also work closely with an executive sponsor and the DEIB team to ensure that our community is adequately supported and advocated for at the highest levels.
We're committed to work-life harmony, offering benefits like unlimited PTO, Summer Fridays, remote work, parental leave with flexible return-to-work options, wellness benefits, and mental health resources. Here, you'll find a supportive community where we have each other’s backs, celebrate our wins, and inspire each other to bring our best every day. It’s pretty easy when we all believe in what we’re doing and that we need to work together to make it happen.
We’re growing a more diverse workforce and creating a more inclusive community because we know it’s the best way to build better. We want a wealth of different backgrounds, thoughts, and experiences and our team members to feel safe and celebrated for who they are.
Our employee-led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are identity-based communities that build belonging through mentorship, allyship, education, events, and training. ERGs help us better support underrepresented groups and strengthen our sense of community. All ERGs are open to allies and have an executive team sponsor, budget, and goals that align with our D&B strategy.
Women@PS is working to #BreakTheBias—because representation matters. Women at the table means better decisions, products, and outcomes for everyone. Women@PS is democratizing women’s access to growth opportunities with a focus on mentoring, outreach, development, and events.
