At Snap, we are proud to provide support for employees and their family members for even the most complex healthcare needs.  Snap provides a care-taking benefit at no cost for employees that helps manage healthcare for families with chronically ill and aging loved ones. Employees and their family will get a dedicated Care Coordinator can help manage complex healthcare needs. 

In addition, Snap provides a Family Caregiver Leave that allows employees to take up to 6 weeks of fully paid leave to care for immediate family members, such as parents or children, with serious health conditions.

Yes, Snap provides a supportive environment to enable breastfeeding mothers to express their milk during work hours. Snap provides fully stocked lactation facilities for working mothers.

In addition, if you are a business traveling mom, then you will have access to a milk delivery service providing no-fuss, refrigerated, express shipping or easy toting of breast milk home to your baby. Snap covers the full cost of this service.
Maternity leave coaching
Yes, Snap provides a services at no cost to employees and their partners to give parents the support they need from conception through pregnancy, postpartum and back-to-work. You get on-demand access to a wide variety of women’s health professionals. These practitioners can address questions that come up during pregnancy and after child birth, can help you formulate a birth plan that works for you, and can help navigate returning to work.

Fertility Preservation can be beneficial for a number of reasons for women wishing to preserve their fertility for the future. Snap offers up to $40k of fertility preservation benefits through our medical plans to help cover the cost of egg/sperm freezing expenses. 

Infertility Benefit:
Snap offers up to $40k of infertility coverage through our medical plans to help cover the cost of in-vitro fertilization if you and/or your partner are having trouble conceiving.
