We offer a Parental Bonding Supplement, which combined with an approved Paid Family Leave claim provides up to 100% of base rate of pay for up to six weeks for parental bonding for the birth, adoption or foster care placement of a new child.

Short term disability
Yes, We offer short-term disability benefits to all full-time, part-time and temporary employees. These benefits begin on the eighth consecutive calendar day of absence for a certified medical condition. Generally, short-term disability benefits are paid at 60 percent of base rate of pay. Employees who have banked annual sick time in an extended illness bank use that time to supplement short-term disability benefits up to 100 percent of base rate of pay. Short-term disability benefits may continue for up to 53 weeks or until the employee is medically released to return to work, whichever comes first.
