Among them, the Professional Women’s Network (PWN) is the largest, with over 7,000 members, dedicated to professional development, employee engagement and business impact.
Other ERGs at The Hartford include Asian Pacific Professional Network, Black Insurance Professional Network, Flex-Abilities Network, Hispanic Leadership Network, Mature Professionals Network, Military Community Network, LGBTQ+ Professionals Network and Young Professionals Network.
Similarly, interest groups like Women in Technology (WIT) and Women in Sales support professional growth within their respective business organizations. Together, these groups offer all employees valuable opportunities for development, networking, and contributing to our shared success.
