Wipro has a variety of employee resource groups available to all employees. From LGBTQ+ to race and ethnicity groups, there is a group for everyone. Two groups available to women are:
Primary Caregiver Leave: New Parents who identify themselves as Primary caregiver and are providing the child with the majority of his/her care during the entire period of parental leave, are eligible for 4 weeks of paid leave from the date of birth or adoption of the child.
Secondary Caregiver Leave: New Parents who identify themselves as Secondary caregiver and are not providing the child with the majority of his/her care during the entire period of parental leave, are eligible for 5 days of paid leave that can be taken within 3 months of the birth or adoption of the child.
401k match: Wipro matches 100% of the first 3% of your Compensation, plus 50% of the next 2% of your Compensation
Time off: Wipro provides 9 paid holidays and 16-24 PTO days depending on the band and tenure of the employee.
