Women in Tech (WiT) is one of several employee resource groups (ERGs) Xperi offers. WiT is dedicated to empowering the women of Xperi to achieve their professional goals. We do this by hosting events ranging from webinars with discussion, professional training, executive spotlights, volunteer opportunities, and networking and social events.

Xperi follows a hybrid work model, and where possible, this model can have both in-office benefits together with greater flexibility using a hybrid approach. Xperi may permit employees to work from either their homes or remote sites.
