The company can be a great place to work, if you have a good team and a good manager. However, some at the company have "old school" ways of thinking when it comes to overall company strategy, innovation (the company's offering and culture) and the training and development of all employees (both men and women). Maternity leave policy is base level. 5-6 weeks paid, FMLA for the rest. Some teams allow flexible work hours/work from home, but depends on the manager. No paternity leave policies.
