There is lots of room to grow at this company. Women are in hold management and senior management positions. Maternity leave is great, and they are very flexible. Your bosses want to ensure you succeed and have a good work life balance. There are a lot of young people that work here, but those of us with families do not feel singled out.

I think women do get promoted at the same rate as men and ultimately get the same pay. But men tend to get the better assignments; women are more likely to be managing meeting series while men get the opportunity to create research, which is more interesting and less stressful.
