If you have a director that is willing to work with you it is done under the table. The company does not have policies allowing for flex or work from home options. Additionally parental leave is pretty minimal. I had to take most of mine unpaid.
It is a good company but not many women are in leadership positions. It jhas a very young work force so not many people with families
Very young culture with many women, starting to move more women into senior director and up roles.
